 Warranty Process
 
  1. Contact 14Point7 for Warranty Return Authorization.
  2. Only ship the control unit back, sensors/cables/etc... unless agreed before hand should not be shipped back.
  3. Package the product in a secure manner with adequate cushioning. Any product with exposed contacts must be package in an anti-static bag.
  4. If authorization is provided via email, please print the email and include it in the shipment.
  5. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping the product to 14Point7
  6. Mark the package as "Warranty Return", mark the package value as $10 USD
  7. Send the product to:

  8. Keep a proof of shipment such as receipt of shipping cost or tracking # in case shipment is lost.
